Any way to upgrade from Mobile to full?

Hi there, 

I was half asleep and accidentally purchased the mobile-only plan from my iPad. I was away photographing a show and didn't have laptop on hand so I had to pay via my ipad but turns out you can't buy a full plan through apple and I didn't realise this. The plan I got cost me £4.99, obviously the full plan/PC Included is £8.49. Is there any way to upgrade/change to the full plan without paying full price this month or do I just have to suck it up buttercup and pay another £8.49?
