API integration with live preview

Hello,

I want to make something like where can I upload image and then I will be able to remove background, add text, crop and apply filter etc. Is it possible to do all these things with adobe lightroom API with live preview. Suppose I have add any image and apply something then it will be effect on same time or I need to send curl request for check response? 

Mainly I need live preview of all changes and when click on download image then able to download image with that apply effects.
