Meu app está apresentando bug, abro o app e ele fecha sozinho.

Meu lightroom mobile está dando o mesmo problema, abro o programa e ele fixa sozinho, meu lightroom é a versão 8.1.0, uso ele no tab s7 da Samsung já faz uns 2 anos e nunca me deu problemas, tanto o criative cloud e o lightroom estão atualizados. Alguém pode me ajudar pois trabalho com isso e está atrasando meu fluxo.
