App does not answer error messages

Lr App on Samsung Note 20 ultra continuously drop an error message that the App does not answer then I have two choices wait or close the app. In both case I got the same message again and again so I cannot use the app at all.

I already cleared the cash even all data but the issue still exist.

    No answer, no help, then it's really unfortunate as I cannot use Lightroom on my mobile. 😔
