 i do not see usual interface, there is no Library and etc. Earlier I had presets, now I can not find anything. Tried to delete app and reinstal it, to buy membership, but nothing helps

    the Device tab shows images on your camera roll, but only after you grant Lightroom access.  Tap that blue button displayed in your screenshot to go to Settings.  Or just open iOS Settings > Lightroom > Photos.  I recommend enabling Full Access so that Lightroom can easily access your images.  Even after granting access, you still must choose which images to edit or import.
