App login issues on Macbook

I re-subscribed to the Lightroom app after not using the app for a while and canceling the subscription a few months ago and now I have this error popping up on my screen everytime I try to login, but it says that the subscription went through on my apple account.

I might be wrong, but- A subcription with the Mac App Store will only get you the Mobile version of Lightroom for iPhones, iPads, etc.

To use Lightroom on a Mac or PC you will need the subscription from Adobe (or a certified reseller).
