App not working

Question

Please lightroom is not working on my device, am using gbox with my huawei mate 50 pro. After the new update, it's no longer working after reinstalling and uninstalling. And I have paid for subscription this month, the app does not open, please help rectify this. Thanks

Thank you very much, it really worked with some adjustment if you already have gbox installed on the tablet:

1. if you have corrupt lightroom mobile app reset it and delete it from gbox first

2.Delete gbox cache from app storage settings

3.Delete gbox entirely (you have to reload the apps in gbox already installed again later)

4.From microg.org find microg services and companion downloads and download them

5.Reload gbox after this step

6.Reload all apps in gbox including lifghtroom mobile.

This process seems to sort the problem without factory reset of the tablet as suggested by some users.

A short screen recording showing exactly what happens when you try to open Lightroom (for example, does it crash immediately, stay on a loading screen, or not launch at all?)

• Confirm whether you can sign in at https://adobe.ly/3YFS7Dx and check:

– Are your photos and edits visible there?

– Does your subscription show as active?

• The exact versions you’re using:

– Android version on your Huawei Mate 50 Pro

– Lightroom app version (as shown in the app store or app info)

• Since you’re using GBox, please confirm:

– Did Lightroom work previously with GBox before this update?

– Did the issue start immediately after updating Lightroom?
