my app. does not sync on my iphone. 

Is there a problem with it?

Are you referring to the Lightroom app on your computer not syncing with Lightroom on your phone? Are you using Lightroom, NOT Lightroom Classic on the computer? Are you logged into the same creative cloud account on the computer and the phone?
