App won't load since last update (error code 19650929)

Ever since updating the Lightroom mobile app on January 1st it doesn't open. As someone who requires easy photo editing on their phone for their business, and having years of  saved photos in there, this is really frustrating! Please fix this issue. I've got an iPhone 14 Pro and have had Lightroom for over 4 years and never had this issue before. After trying to load for several minutes it says:

"Cannot load the application. Lightroom detected an issue, please quit and restart the app to resolve. Error code: 19650929."

 

I've tried multiple times on different days and it still won't open 😞

Thank you for reporting your issue. We'll look into it.

Could you please let us know if you have a LrM iOS subscription? And if you do, does uninstalling and re-installing the latest version of the Lr app (8.1) help?

I just have the Lightroom App for the past 4 years but don't pay a monthly fee. I'm scared to delete and reinstall my app because it might delete all my photos and saved presets from all that time :'(
