Apple account not working

I had to re-download Lightroom to my iPhone. When I use my Apple ID to sign in it is saying to sign in with the Adobe account I said no I just wanna use my Apple ID (that's how I have my  subscription ) and when I sign on using that my subscription is not showing on the Lightroom account can someone please help? 

Kind of frustrating I have a year subscription and can't speak to anybody on the phone

I moved your post out of Bugs and to the general Discussions forum, as this is a case of account confusion and not an app logic bug.  The account you use to maintain your iTunes subscriptions is not necessarily the same email ID you may have used to sign into Lightroom (or other apps). 

 

The system gave me some clues to help you -- I will send account info to you in a direct message soon, to share details more privately.
