application does not see subscription

Good day, 

I have a paid subscription until 12/20/2019, but today the application offered me to connect premium features on a new one. What is the problem ?

Hi there,

 

Have you tried to sign out of the application and sign back in to check if that helps?

 

Would you mind confirming where you purchased the subscription from and have you subscribed to the application from the Google play store or the Apple App store?
