Application memory issue with Lightroom 4.3

I have just installed Lightroom 4.3 on two Mac devices, a Macbook Pro and a MacMini. I have created a first folder and uploaded 200 images. On both devices I get an error message saying " Your system has run out of application memory - Adobe Lightroom 126.43 GB" The files do appear to have been successfully uploaded to my cloud storage. Can anyone suggest how to solve this please?
