Archive error in Lightroom

Question

When I try to archive an album locally in Lightroom (version 7.4.1) I have an error message that said:

"Unable to download original file"

See attachement for details.

Operation made:

Right Click on the album to archive
Archive album locally...
Choose :Save to directory on local file system, Organize: Copy cloud album structure, Existing Files: Keep both
Click on Remove Button
Left corner some progress bar appears
And big the error dialog box 😞

Does someone knows how to fix this?

I'm on MacOS, although the the process seems the same.

It sounds like it's having trouble pulling from the Cloud.

What happens if you select the Album and 'Make Album Available Offline' and then try to Archive Album Locally?

The only other thing is on Mac, it originally said........ Save To: Browse (where I selected the location).

Does yours actually say...... Choose :Save to directory on local file system (or had you selected a folder?)
