Archive to local storage doesn't work

Hi Team ! i try to use the function "Archive to local storage", eith on an album or a folder. Then i can select the location of the archive, then "delete" as it's supposed to delete the folder, but nothing happen. No reaction on the software, network... Nothing happen, everything stays as it is.

i tried to uninstall/reinstall the lightroom software, reboot, try another local folder.....

anyone has encounter this issue ?
