Asking for license once in a month while using Lightroom offline

It would be nice if Lightroom (not LrC) wouldn't ask for an Adobe License every time I try to start Lightroom in offline mode. It’s annoying when I’m sitting in the Train with no Internet and I can’t start Lightroom because every time I do, Lightroom is asking for network connection to prove the license.

It costs so much money to use this buggy program that this should be the minimum.

It can’t be that difficult that Lightroom asks just once in a month so it's possible to work in an environment without internet connection.
