Assign someone else to set name tags

I use Lightroom Classic for my family photos and export albums to Lightroom cloud.

During corona quarantine I have scanned a lot of old pictures and now I want my quarantined mother to name the people on those.

Do I really have to sign her up for a Lightroom subscription?

Is there a free or cheap subscription plan without any storage?

Can I install Lightroom on her computer and let her use my account? I have it installed on two machines already.

She should be able to log in using your account details.

The main issue is that Keywords don't sync between Classic and Cloud and vice versa.

How are you exporting to the Cloud?

I create albums in Classic that are synced with Lightroom.

I have seen that keywords and people are not synced. I will have to sync manually if needed or just use cloud for keywords.
