For a limited time, Lightroom offered a reduced price plan in Brazil -- as you said, this plan cost less.  It also came with less cloud storage -- only 40 GB of Lightroom Premium cloud storage.  Lightroom no longer offers that cheaper plan, but it is possible it may offered again in the future.  For now, any existing subscribers still using the 40 GB plan can continue to keep that plan, but any user who wants to start a new subscription will see our standard price for the 100 GB plan.
