Auto-add/Sync in real-time on Android and duplicates in CC?

I know you can "auto-add" new photos as it says but this only happens when/if I open the LR CC App on my phone. Is it possible to get it to add photos (as backup like e.g. Google Drive or MS OneDrive) when taken rather than having to remember to open the App?

I started out uploading all my mobile photos to Creative Cloud Files as I thought those would be available in LR but there I seem to have mistaken as tehre seems to be no integration between CC Files and LR, is that correct?

Seems kind of stupid or am I missing something...?

TIA!

You can't get all images to auto-add without opening Lightroom. One thing to do is to simply use the camera app inside Lightroom and then it will be immediately in Lightroom and get uploaded.

That is correct. Lightroom uses CC cloud space but there is no visibility of the Lightroom infrastructure files on CC files. In fact, Lightroom is very poorly integrated with the rest of the CC apps.
