auto import from Camera roll not working on iPhone XR

Question

I just upgraded from an iPhone 6 to and IPhone XR. I reinstalled all my apps using a back up from iTunes, and LR CC came over fine. It is working as normal, except that pictures taken using the iphone native camera app are not appearing in the LR feed. This used to work on my iPhone6. I can manually add the photos by going to "add photos" and I can select the ones I want to add, but the auto import option (which is selected both for a particular collection I use to capture all the camera roll photos) is not working.

Any suggestions?

Sometimes I've found that it takes a little while for everything to sync (it's not as instantaneous as we'd all like it to be ).

Also, I assume you're on a recent (since June 2018) version of LRCC?
