I don't know if there is currently a Facebook service outage affecting login, but there is a workaround.

Either at the Lightroom app's login screen, or at www.adobe.com in a web browser, try the following:

1. open the login view

2. tap or click on "Get help signing in" and then choose "Reset your password"

3. An email will be sent to you.  Follow the instructions to reset your password.  This will create a password for your account.

After you do this, you should be able to enter your same Lightroom account using either Facebook login, or using the email address + password
