BACK UP/SYNCING

My photos have been synced and backed up on my laptop but not on my mobile device (iPhone XR) I've tried many things to get it to work but my pictures and presets just won't sync or back up, it keeps loading on forever and ever. Please help

Are you sure you're signed into the correct account on Lightroom Mobile?  Our system let me know you have signed into more than one Adobe account in LR Mobile.  You apparently have two accounts, each with its own unique email ID, but only one account is subscribed -- that is the account based on the same email you used to post for help.

 

If you have confirmed you are signed into the correct account, and still see sync trouble, then the next thing to check would be network access... Is your device working in a strict network, behind a very restrictive firewall (may at work or at school)?  Or are you using a VPN service?  Does it help to try a different network, at a friend's home or library or coffee shop?
