Is there a way to batch process photo titles, credits, locations, and the like for all selected photos in your edit session?

Yes....select all the images that you want to apply the changes to, using either of the Grids, then enter the data into the fields in the Info panel (the consolidated fields from the selected images will be displayed in the panel). That data will be applied to all the selected images.

I didn't know which version I was working on, classic or cloud.

You're using Lightroom (the cloud-based version), but you've posted in the forum for Lightroom Classic (the desktop version). If you repost in the Lightroom forum, you'll likely get more accurate help more quickly, plus other users of Lightroom will be able to see and search for the answers there.
