If you're still unable to find the library tab, we would like a few more details to better help you. Could you let us know which version of Lightroom you're using? Let us know how things are going. Hi @Jean-Marie Lhermitte! Welcome to the community!

Could you let us know which version of Lightroom you're using? Just a heads-up: the standard Lightroom (with the Lr icon) doesn’t include a Library tab like Lightroom Classic (with the LrC icon) does, so that might be part of the confusion.
