Black screen for all videos

 I am not having a good experience with the app despite paying for it. All my edited videos show up as a black rectangles so I have no idea which video is which unless I open them. This makes editing or using edited video so time-consuming because I have to open each video. I have tried clearing cache, restarting app and other things but no luck. I reached out to their support but haven't heard back either.
