Black & White Profile Creation in Camera Raw

Q. When I create B&W Profiles in Camera Raw and import them into
Lightroom (LRC) I notice that the Black & White Mix sliders are greyed
out. Is there a way to save the profile to prevent this? Others allow
it (i.e. B&W Blue Filter in under Profiles) so I assume it can be
done.
