blocking watermark movement

Good morning, I need help because the application blocked moving the watermark, I can't move it, it's blocked, can anyone help me?

Maybe try tapping some of the nodes around the outside and maybe the scale tool.

Try Customize Watermark and use the 'Offset' sliders to position the WM.
