Blue outline around buttons

I am trying to edit shots in LR and a blue outline keeps appearing around buttons all around the window, it’s not only REALLY annoying, I find I can’t use the keyboard either. I’m getting thoroughly fed up of these niggling issues

    Can you show us a screenshot? I’m thinking they’re probably either the tutorials (go to Preferences > Interface and turn off the two checkboxes under the Help heading) or some kind of accessibility feature. Mac or Windows?

      Thanks Victoria, could well be, really irritating :) Next time they show I’ll screenshot. I do use keyboard shortcuts so …… I’m on a Mac
