I assume you're editing the Raw files then saving to JPG for the web or social media and the JPG seems soft to you?

Are the Raw images sharp when viewed at 100%?

I primarily use Lightroom Classic, and I primarily use raw images. I don't understand why you would shoot in raw and then convert to JPEG and try to do your editing on the JPEG images. By doing so, in my mind you are taking away about 80% of your editing power. The JPEG image you provided looks pretty good to me. I just don't understand your workflow logic.
