Blurry images while editing in mobile

I don't know if this really is a bug/ technical issue since it's been like this from the beginning. Every time I try to edit any image in any way it gets blurry/ pixalted and it sucks. I have included a screen recording. It's already a problem that you cannot zoom in any further but this issue really fouls my joy with editing. I am a beginner and have tried to search for answers in the forum but have only found some similar posts without solutions.

It seems to be a sync issue but I am not sure and don't know how to fix it. I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me out.
