Bout ready to bag LR

I am about ready to throw in the towel on this crap. I’m on the newest update as of today. This has increasing gotten worse and worse with the BUGS!!! Masking never selects the subject correctly anymore, my removal tool has TOTALLY stopped working and just other small bugs. This all came to head trying to separately get these images done from a shoot Thursday. All I have been doing is trouble shooting and wasting my time. I’m SUPER angry, I can’t get a refund as I’ve had it too long and WHAT a waste of money!!!

    Hey, @agensb. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share more details about your workflow and the system info from Lightroom. Go to Help > System info, copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here along with a few screenshots or a short video.


    What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Does Lightroom freeze or lag during specific tasks or operations? 

    At this point, the information I have is too limited to help you.

    ​@Sameer K  I’m keeping it, none of the competitors have the features like mobile integration. I  just got PureRaw to use on anything noisy. I’m also about to purchase a new computer, my 7 year old one just isn’t enough to work on Nikons large files. Will get back to you if after that I still have trouble with the remove tool.
