Bright Spots on Photos - Lightroom Spot Removal Doesn't Work

Hello!I have these two odd rings of bright light on many of my photos from a recent shoot. The spot removal tool in Lightroom does nothing to it. I've never had a problem with the spot removal tool before (and I use it all the time). I tried it on healing and it does nothing. The cloning makes it too dark and doesn't blend it in at all. I have no idea where these spots came from...I used the same lens and camera at a shoot before this and one after and these circles did not appear in those. I also changed locations at this particular shoot to outdoors, so it wasn't something reflecting from oddly in the room.Anyone know how to cover these bright spots in Lightroom? (Photo uploaded underexposed so you can clearly see the rings I'm talking about).Thanks!

I have seen this before and the cause was that the photographer copied the settings of another image to this image. What he had forgotten was that this other image contained two small adjustment brush stokes, with an exposure correction. This looks very much like the same thing.
