BUG: Adobe Lightroom behauptet ich hätte eine abgelaufene Testversion

Hallo Adobe,

ich bin nun seit Januar 2021 nicht mehr fähig mein Adobe CC Abo vollständig zu nutzen. Denn Adobe Lightroom sagt bei jedem Start, dass die Testversion abgelaufen wäre. Obwohl ich die CC seit Mitte 2020 Prepaid für 4 Jahre abonniert habe.

Es wurde Lightroom neu installiert, alle registerfiles gelöscht, die Interneteinstellung für den Server überprüft und der Account neu angemeldet.

Es ist immer das gleich, drückt man auf "Buy now" öffnet sich ein kaufen Fenster was mitteilt das die Subscription aktiv sei, dennoch kann ich die Software nicht nutzen, weil der trailmode nicht verschwindet.

Der technische Telefonsupport konnte mir auch nicht helfen.

Da ich hier für eine Leistung bezahlt habe welche ich seit Januar 2021 nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen kann, verlange ich einen Ausgleich, evtl. als 4 Monate mehr CC Abo.

Außerdem möchte ich, dass dieses Problem nun endlich gelöst wird

This is a user supported forum. None of us are connected with Adobe other than the fact that we use their software. There is nothing we can do to resolve your problem. It will be necessary for you to contact Adobe personnel regarding this issue.

Yeah sure.

But as I mentioned earlier, the support is currently really worse.
So I hope, that some other people using a mac experience the same issue and start writing / replying here.


Maybe then, Adobe will finally fix their product...

Your specific Educational plan does not include Lightroon.  For more info, please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-mobile-available-education-memberships.html

To access Lightroom, you would need to subscribe to a regular consumer CC All Apps plan, or otherwise add on a separate Lightroom subscription.
