Cache read error, causes Ligthroom to close constantly

I have a year with the license and since then the same problem.
Randomly the program closes due to a problem reading the cache.
I already uninstalled, reinstalled, increased the program's cache, manually deleted the files, changed PC, the program is on an SSD drive and the problem continues.
PC, AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz
How do i solve the problem?
