Camera matching color profile not working with my Sony A7iii’s raw files

Hello. My name is Dylan. I've been using Lightroom Mobile for a few years now with my Sony A7iii, and have been facing the same issue with this app ever since. Whenever importing a raw .ARW file to Lightroom with the default Camera Matching profile applied, the photo gets weird distortions on it as if there is a communication error somewhere. It is only when I choose a Lightroom RAW Camera Profile, that the issue gets resolved. But I am then left with Adobe's generic muted color pallet. I have run down many videos and forums as well as settings on my camera trying to find a solution. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
