yes, i'm talking about lightroom. I imported the raw pictures to lightroom Classic and it works but in lightroom cloud it doesnt work.

"I imported the raw pictures to lightroom Classic"- Then the images 'saved' locally in LrC are full-size raw (IF they were actually shot as raw in camera)

If you then Sync photos LrC (Local) > Lr (Cloud) then only proxy (smaller) files are 'sent' to the Lr Cloud. They will appear as 'Smart Preview'.

If you [Import/Add] files directly to Lr, then they should show as 'Original' in Lr. (And they will automatically download full-size raw when LrC Sync is 'on'.)

In the Lr [Info] panel - what do you see for Sync Status on each photo?

In Lr Square Grid mode- Do you see the original file-type on each thumbnail?

Are you asking about Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements?

Premiere Elements had a version of ACR (Adobe Camera RAW) built in until this last version.  You could do slide shows with nothing but RAW photo files.  It no longer works.   Photoshop Elements does not now come with ACR at the initial installation.  Instead there is a choice on the Help menu to add it after installation.

(If your question is about Lightroom, it needs to be moved to that forum.)
