I have a bandage on my back in a video how do I edit it out?

The Lightroom apps cannot make those kinds of edits for videos. To edit out an object across multiple frames of video would require a more robust video editor... I'm not sure which app could do what you're suggesting. You might try asking in the forum for Premiere.
