I am using Lightroom mobile with free subscription plan.
I backed up all of my original photos to the cloud.
Now I can't edit my photos in offline but I can in online.
If I cancel my subscription or my subscription is expired, can I access the cloud or can I edit my photos online?

Even with a free Creative Cloud membership, you can access cloud storage, but there are some restrictions, such as less space than if you had a subscription.
You can edit online as long as the capacity is not exceeded.
Creative Cloud free membership has 2GB of cloud storage space. Please refer to the article below.
