Can I migrate lightroom library from another account?

I would like to sign a new adobe account, but I would like to import lightroom projects in the actual library. Is that possible?

In order to migrate an account, the destination account must be completely empty.
Contact Adobe Customer Care with your request and to verify ownership of both Adobe ID's.
