Can i recover my photos?

Hi Brains Trust, I rellay hope someone can help! Last night I was importing around 3000 photos into my Lightroom. I had attached my camera and the photo were copied into the program so I cleared the card (🤦‍&#9792;&#65039;). At around 1600 imports, 1400 to go, Lightroom stopped importing and now I'm missing those last 1400 photos... is there any way I can get them back? Thanks in advance

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
