Can not access phone photos

I upgraded my light room app and now I cannot access my phone photos. My only option is the photos previously uploaded to light room.

Sorry that you can no loner access images on your phone after upgrading Lightroom app.

By upgrading the app, do you mean you bought a subscription or you just updated to a new version of the app?

Were you syncing some of those images to the cloud when you updated?

Would you mind checking Lightroom Web to see if the images you're looking for are accessible there? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
