Can't activate plan given by school

Hi,

I am a highschool student. School gave me a plan for adobe aplications. I should be able to use Photoshop and Lightroom. I installed Adobe Creative Cloud, Lightroom and Photoshop with the package that was sent to me. For a month I was able to use all of them but now a message saying "Your trial has ended. Get lightroom as part of creative cloud plan". When I tap on "Buy now" a new tab opens saying "Lightroom is ready for you to use". I already contacted my administrator who also doesn't know what to do. Other students given the same package have no problems using aplications. Can anyone please help me with how to activate the plan given to me by school? Thank you!!!
