Can't add or use lightroom api

I can't add the "Lightroom / Camera Raw API" to my project in the adobe console, it was disabled in api window. I have buy photography plan and I need use https://github.com/AdobeDocs/lightroom-api-docs for my project.

Anyone can help me? Thanks
