The "add photos" button is grey and I can't add any photos. Photoshop works normally. I have a personal license 1TB cloud, NOT corporate. I have plenty of storage on my macbook pro too. I have internet connection. I tried that thing with prefrences. I uninstalled and installed both lightroom and creative cloud. I logged out logged in. Reset computer. Nothing works. Any advice?

Hello!

Thank you for advice. None of this have helped. But I figured it out. For some reason an app LuLu wasn't letting the Lightroom CC through. Classic and Photoshop worked.

Hey, @Joanna_R1660. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found an active subscription. I'll help you figure this out. What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Have you tried switching internet networks?

Follow these steps:

1 - Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app & sign in again.

2 - In the Creative Cloud app, press  CMD + OPT + T (macOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

3 - macOS In Finder > Search for KeyChain > Clear all entries, certificates, and secure notes related to Adobe.

4 - Restart the computer and sign in to Creative Cloud again.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
