Can't download subject select update on Lightroom app Android

I have a paid subscription for the Lightroom app on my phone and I am running into an issue.

 

To use the subject select tool that auto selects, I have to download an additional update. But sadly this doesn't work on my phone. I tap the button and it just goes back to the download screen. The download doesn't start...

 

The phone I am using the app on is an Oppo Reno x10 zoom.
