Can't export files due to space check error

I did the same steps, deleted the library file, uninstalled and reintalled the app, and it’s still the same. Is there any way I can get help on this? I gave the permissions for full disk manually even if the Lightroom (cloud version on Mac) didn’t ask for it.

    @Sameer K I had a chat with an Adobe expert and nothing worked until I deleted my entire library from Cloud and imported/uploaded them again.

    Hi ​@Sameer K , is there any way that I can get help on this specific issue from Adobe? I am paying a monthly subscription but I can’t export my photos.

    Hey, ​@I2899563941nd. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I’ll help you figure this out. I’ve moved your post away from the original thread which was from a year ago.

    What exact version of Lightroom and the operating system are you working on? Is this a personal or work (IT-managed) machine?

     

    Has this started after recent updates to the OS? Also, try moving the images to a new Test album.

    - Right-click on the Test Album > Select 'Make Album Available Offline' & try exporting a few images.

    Hi ​@Sameer K , thanks for the reply. I am using Lightroom version 9.3.1 (Build 20260429-1653-6cd29ca)

    My Mac is on Tahoe 26.4.1 and it is a personal computer. 
    I noticed this issue a few weeks ago. I tried to create a new album and moved a test image there, and marked “Make Album Available Offline” but I’m still having the same issue. 
    Is there anything else you want me to check?

    Thanks for the update. I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. 

    Please log in to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and verify if everything is synced up to the cloud correctly. You can also use Lightroom Web to export your images.

    Once you’re sure everything is synced up to the cloud correctly, head to this page and follow the steps in the 3rd row in the table of Other Known issues: https://helpx.adobe.coma/lightroom-cc/kb/known-issues.html#other-issues
