Can't export from LR after editing video

Hi There,

I am unable to download my video after editing, it seems to get hung up.  I am using version 6.4 of LR.  These are the fixes I have tried:

1) shutting program down and restarting to immediately download

2) Re-install LR

 

I am using Windows 11 on an HP Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with Radeon Graphics, 2000 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)

 

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!  I am very new to LP so I'm hoping it's a quick fix and not a system-wide issue that I've been reading about.on other posts.

Hey, @stephaniemartel. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

 

What exact version of Lightroom are you working on? Does this happen with specific videos, or do all images & videos behave similarly?

In Adobe Lightroom, please share the screenshot of the options below from Preferences.

 

 

Try these steps:

  • Create a test album in Lightroom with the video you've edited.
  • Right-click on the album and save the album locally
  • Export the album to an internal storage location.

 

Check apps that have been updated recently, windows updates & the antivirus/software program on the computer to find if Lightroom or its components are not blocked or interrupted while accessing the internet and the local storage.

 

If this does not help & you need to first export the video, use Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to export the video.

Sameer, thank you for your response.

I'm using this version: 

The hang up happens when I try to export longer videos (about 10 min). When I export shorter videos (about 1 min) it works fine.

 

Here is a screenshot of preferences info:

 

 

I created the test album and tried to export it, but it still got hung up.

I'm not really sure how to do that, I just got this computer recently and I'm using the microsoft anti virus.

 

I was able to download the video via the web (thank you for the workaround!), but I would love to figure out the solution to the issue using the program on my laptop.  Any thoughts are welcome, thank you for your time!
