Can't find cloud-synced originals in library

I have a new Adobe account linked to my university. I am trying to migrate my files to the new account. Both the desktop application and web app show that I am using 48.4GB of cloud storage, and that all of my photos are synced, but I can't see any of them under "files" or "library" in either the desktop or web interfaces. I'm just trying to export my library to complete said migration. Any help would be appreciated.

I am on Windows 10 version 22H2 (KB5022729) with the latest version of Lightroom and Creative Cloud installed.

I'll help you figure this out.

Lightroom's cloud storage is located at Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & Creative Cloud cloud storage is separated (https://assets.adobe.com).

Check this page for help with Migration: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html

The total storage available & used should be uniform on all platforms. Check this page for help: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html

Thanks!

Thanks, the migration page is exactly what I needed. I should've been looking at the docs instead of googling.

Can you clarify the specific apps you are using where you see "Files" and "Library"? Perhaps post a screenshot?

If you are referring to the Creative Cloud desktop app, then you won't see your photos in that app that were ingested directly into Lightroom (though you would be able to see the contents of the Creative Cloud Files sync folder).

Your allocated cloud storage space can be used in two ways: for storing and viewing of photo and video files imported into any of the Lightroom apps or synced from LrClassic, or for files (of any file type) stored in the Creative Cloud Files folder which operates in a Dropbox-type sync and share manner. Both methods can be in use at the same time, but you would need to use the the correct app to view the contents.

Also, I can see my synced photos just fine from the mobile iOS app.
