Can’t find plugin manager

Hi, I can not find a plugin manager. Regarding tutorials I've seen it is suppose to be in File menu, but there are only few options which  you can see in the picture.

 

I woul really appreciate your help.

    This is Lightroom (cloud), not Lightroom Classic. Lightroom (cloud) does not support plugins, only Lightroom Classic does.

    I had this exact problem. Thank you for asking. Now I know Icannot use my Pixieset plugin with Lightroom CC. Bummer!

    so i have lightroom cloud  so will pixieset not work with it.? if not do you know of any other free gallery i can use with lightroom

    This is Lightroom (cloud), not Lightroom Classic. Lightroom (cloud) does not support plugins, only Lightroom Classic does.
