Can't find the button to download presets I bought anywhere

This seems like the most basic thing but I am trying to download presets I bought on my mobile app and I can't find the button to do it anywhere.

I have looked at the self help guides who tell you to open files etc. but I literally don't have anywhere on my app where I have an option to open a file (not a photo) or where I can click import preset.

The only thing I have on my preset screen within the photo editing screen is the option to create a new preset or use an existing Adobe one.

I have an iPhone, operating latest iOS, checked my app is updated.

From the screenshots I've seen the instructions say there should be a "+file/+photos" icon on the bottom right hand side in blue for importing stuff, but I don't have that icon at all and all I have is direct access to my camera roll and that's it.

What am I missing??

Presets for mobile devices might normally be supplied as DNG files. Is this what you have?

If they are DNG, then yes, you treat them the same as any other PHOTO file and IMPORT them to the Lr library.

Next, you edit the 'photo', make NO edits of your own, and immediately 'SAVE A PRESET'.

The explanation is that the DNG photo file can carry within it editing metadata, and when you create a preset from the image that editing metadata defines the adjustments you will get in the preset.
