Can't import any photo in Lightroom

Hello everyone,

My operating system is windows 10.

I can't import pics. As soon as i am selecting it inside Lightroom to edit it, it won't work and will open a pop up window saying that an incident occured, and to send a report, which i did, but my problem is still not solved.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, to go for older versions, to reset preferences, to change the main folder location, but the same problem is still happening. 

Then i tried to go on the web version but i don't have all the tools of the deskop version... Any idea of how i can solve this problem ?
